OUR VISION

Homestead 32 wants to align with your vision for your special day. We pride ourselves on our work ethic and ability to collaborate with our clientele to help create the perfect place to match their dream wedding.  At Homestead 32, we call ourselves an "80/20 venue". We include 80% of what you need: Planning, a beginning point with Vendor and Lodging lists, Coordinating, Decor Selections, Silk Floral Options, Set Up and Clean up all provided. You determine the Food, Fresh Florals, DJ, and Photographer. Those services are not included in our package prices. We offer a minimum of  2 Homestead 32 staff members on site during your event.  We will also be by your side through monthly (or daily) check in's with unlimited text, calls and emails to help ensure the perfect day.       New 2024 Micro-Wedding Package

Our 5 hour Micro-Wedding package for you and 50 guests; any open date in 2024.  All times are from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm (some exceptions my apply).   Package price of $3500 plus a $500 refundable deposit due at time of booking your date; includes: planning support, coordinating, decor and decor set up, trash removal.     Contact thehomestead32@gmail.com for more information.  

The Morgan Experience

  • Access to Venue and to the Outside Grounds from Monday 9 am - Sunday 12 noon, for Set Up, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and after your wedding to remove personal items.

  • Set up for a rehearsal dinner for up to 50 - 3 hours total with rehearsal

  • Two Separate Dressing/staging Rooms for Bridal Party and Groomsmen in the Venue

  • Access to Effie's Catering Kitchen

  • 18(8 ft) Rectangular Tables, 6 (6 ft) round tables, & various other small sized tables for cake, guest book, and/or wedding gifts.

  • White, Black, Dusty Blue, Dark Jade or Beige Floor Length Linens

  • 200 White Event Folder Chairs

  • Clean and Stocked Restrooms

  • Area for Live Entertainment or DJ

  • Custom Craftsman Wooden Arbors

  • Bar w/ Shelf for Bartender and/or Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  • Gas Fireplace and two tower heaters for main room

  • 2 night stay at The Bridal Barn 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6, w/ 3 Salon Stations. Check out time 10:00AM Sunday.

  • Access to All Decor 

  • Planning, Coordinating, & Decorating services are included 

  • At least 2 Homestead 32 team members in attendance to help decorate, help with set up and clean up, moving chairs, tables, and as a point of contact if anything is needed on the day of.

  • Unlimited text, calls, emails and scheduled meetings.

  • A decor link will be provided with request for information.

The Kimway Experience

  • Access to Venue and to the Outside Grounds from Monday 9 am to Sunday noon for Scheduled time & Rehearsal.

  • May schedule Sunday pick up time for personal items at Venue. 

  • Two Separate Dressing/staging Rooms for Bridal Party and Groomsmen in the Venue

  • Access to Effie's Catering Kitchen

  • 18 (8 ft) Rectangular Tables, 6 (6 ft) round tables, & various other small sized tables for cake, guest book, and/or wedding gifts.

  • White, Black, Dusty Blue, Dark Jade or Beige Floor Length Linens

  • 200 White Event Folder Chairs

  • Clean and Stocked Restrooms

  • Area for Live Entertainment or DJ

  • Custom Craftsman Wooden Arbor Options

  • At least 2 Homestead 32 team members in attendance to help decorate, help with set up and clean up, moving chairs, tables, and as a point of contact if anything is needed on the day of.

  • Unlimited text, calls, emails and scheduled meetings

  • A decor link will be provided with request of information.
