OUR VISION

Homestead 32 wants to align with your vision for your special day. We pride ourselves on our work ethic and ability to collaborate with our clientele to help create the perfect place to match their dream wedding. 

 

At Homestead 32, we do not call ourselves an "all inclusive venue", because we do not take that term lightly. An "all inclusive venue" would mean that the various packages and their prices included everything from Food, Cake, Floral, DJ, Photographer, etc. Those services are not included in our package prices. However, in every package we can offer Planning, Coordinating and Decorating services. We offer at least 2 Homestead 32 staff members on site during your event for help setting up and tearing down. We will also be by your side through monthly check in's to help you plan your special day. Please be aware of this as you determine if Homestead 32 is best suited for your event! 

The Morgan Experience

  • Access to Venue and to the Outside Grounds from Friday 9 am - Sunday 12 pm, for Set Up, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, and extra day after wedding to remove personal items.

  • Two Separate Dressing Rooms for Bridal Party and Groomsmen in the Venue

  • Access to Effie's Catering Kitchen

  • 11 (8 ft) Rectangular Tables, 6 (6 ft) round tables, & various other small sized tables for cake, guest book, and/or wedding gifts.

  • White, Black or Beige Floor Length Linens

  • 200 White Event Folder Chairs

  • Clean and Stocked Restrooms

  • Area for Live Entertainment

  • Custom Craftsman Wooden Arbor

  • Bar w/ Shelf for Bartender and/or Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  • Gas Fireplace

  • 2 night stay at The Bridal Barn 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6, w/ 3 Salon Stations.

  • Access to All Decor w/ Organized List of our Inventory

  • Planning, Coordinating, & Decorating services can be included in the package if requested at signing of contract. 

  • At least 2 Homestead 32 team members in attendance to help decorate, help with set up and clean up, moving chairs, tables, and as a point of contact if anything is needed on the day of.

The Kimway Experience
